Your payment covers the coaching service you selected. TribeGen processes the transaction, deducts its platform service commission where applicable, and transfers the remaining amount to the coach according to the payout schedule.

Yes, subject to the cancellation windows in our cancellation policy. Approved refunds are returned through Telr to the original payment method.
