Refund Policy

All payments on the TribeGen FZ-LLC platform are processed by Stripe. Refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes are administered by Stripe under its own policies and the rules of the underlying card networks and consumer-protection regulators.
1. How refunds work
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued through Stripe back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times, eligible amounts, and the outcome of any dispute are determined by Stripe and your card issuer or bank.
2. Cancellation-based refunds
Refunds tied to a booking cancellation follow our Cancellation Policy. Where the Cancellation Policy entitles you to a partial or full refund, the Platform instructs Stripe to issue the refund.
3. Chargebacks and disputes
You may dispute a charge directly with your card issuer at any time. Disputes are investigated and resolved by Stripe and the card network under their standard processes. We encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue without a formal dispute.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
