This policy explains how TribeGen (operated by TribeGen FZ-LLC, the "Platform") charges Clients and compensates Coaches in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. By using the Platform you agree to the commercial terms below, in addition to our Terms of Service and Coach Agreement.

1. Platform Role

The Platform operates as an online marketplace connecting Clients with independent Coaches. The Platform is not a party to coaching sessions and does not provide coaching services directly unless expressly stated. Coaches are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of the Platform.

2. Coach Pricing

Each Coach independently determines and may modify the pricing of their sessions, packages, subscriptions, and other services. The Platform may set reasonable minimum or maximum pricing limits for operational, quality-control, or promotional purposes.

3. Coach Commission

For each successfully completed booking, the Platform retains a commission equal to 20% of the Coach's listed price.

Example. Coach session price AED 100, Platform commission (20%) AED 20, Coach earnings AED 80.

4. VAT and Taxes

All payments are processed by Stripe. Where applicable, VAT, GST, or other indirect taxes are calculated by Stripe at checkout based on the Client's location and shown as a separate line item on top of the Coach's listed price. The Client pays these taxes in addition to the listed price.

Coaches are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any income tax, corporate tax, or other direct taxes applicable to their earnings under Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates law. The Platform does not provide tax advice.

5. Payment Processing, Refunds and Disputes

Stripe is the payment service provider for all transactions on the Platform. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud monitoring, and related buyer-protection processes are handled by Stripe in accordance with its own policies and the rules of the underlying card networks. Where Stripe issues a refund or reverses a charge, the Coach's share of that transaction is reversed accordingly.

Standard Stripe processing fees are absorbed by the Platform out of its commission. Exceptional charges arising from a specific transaction (including chargeback fees and currency-conversion fees initiated by the Client) may be deducted from the affected booking proceeds.

6. Payouts

Coach payouts are administered by Stripe on a schedule consistent with Stripe's standard payout terms and any applicable hold periods for refund and dispute coverage. Coaches must complete Stripe's identity verification before payouts can be released.

7. Policy Changes

The Platform may revise commissions, payout procedures, and related commercial terms on reasonable notice to users and Coaches. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
